Bought a roast to cook on the spit.  The meat was tough and chewy despite being cooked perfectly.  It's impossible to find a butcher that has decent quality meat these days.  So disappointed.

Couldn’t recommend this butchers enough!! They have the best customer service and go above and beyond for their customers! The premixed stir fry and chicken tender kebabs are amazing! Extremely reasonable prices and always have really cheap meat for our dogs too
