Loved my experience at Brow Rituals! I had a Lash Lift and Brow Ritual with Joanne and I’m over the moon with both treatments. She was so professional and the experience was divine! It’s the 2nd time I’ve seen Joanne and I’m so pleased to have her attend to me. Definitely recommend her as I felt so special!

Paid $135 for brow lamination & signature brow ritual that should’ve included a brow tint. Burnt skin around both eyebrows at the appt. Pictures taken directly afterward. Around the brows and above on next day broke out in an awkward rash. There was no actual brow tint applied - only a lamination and wax - was definitely not given money’s worth. Really unimpressed as a first time brow lamination experience w several friends who’ve confirmed what poor service was received here - it was more a series of incorrect practices instead of an anomaly. The perm of the brow hairs itself isn’t that effective either and writing this three days later. Would not recommend Brow Rituals to anyone - this was done at the Woolhara location.

I saw Joanne at Brow Rituals Woollahra after her services were recommended by a friend. She is extremely well trained, skilled and kind. Her knowledge was excellent and she put me at ease straight away. I could not be happier with my brows and lashes. Thanks Joanne you’re a gem!

I went to see the gorgeous Sash over the weekend and hadn't done my brows in over 6 months. Sash was the most incredible brow artists I've personally been to, with an energy that radiates and makes you feel so calm and welcomed. Not only are her skills perfection, but her warm manner is lovely and customer service skills 100%. Loving my brows and tint just in time for my birthday! Will be back. Highly recommended.

A lovely  salon set-up  . The professionalism    of Sash    is second to none as she has been the only one to give my eyebrows  the definition  and  style I want  .  Highly  recommend  brow rituals  and Sash

Honestly, just a boujee, overrated, overpriced place with technicians who I felt were super hesitant around my brows. Not a feeling you want when paying $75^ for services...better off winging it at your nail salon for a quarter of the price. I literally had my skin waxed around the perimeter of my actual brows, walked out looking the same after requesting the "Brow Lift-Shaping". Feel like the people who come here/rate high know no better.

Amazing experience and customer service at the Brow Bar in Woollahra! Breh was very friendly and made sure that the shape of my eyebrows was natural looking just as I asked. Overall, very comfortable experience. Highly recommend!!

Firstly, 10 stars for the customer service.  I arrived at the salon today, not realising that I had booked my appointment online at a wrong Brow Bar!  Nonetheless, they welcomed me and made an appointment on spot. Plus, I am very happy with the result :

Don't waste your time.  Terrible job with my eye brows - really felt like the girl doing them had no idea what she was doing.  $66 for a 10 minute job.  I've been to the South Yarra store in Melbourne & it was much more professional - all the girls there are trained properly
