Perfect for a remote camping and walking experience.  Nice to explore along the river and up side creeks

Great spot on a slow moving river. Plenty of space in the sites. Fireplaces on concrete blocks, bring firewood. River is only 1-2 min walk from the sites for a swim/kayak. Shallow enough to stand in most spots. River hardly moves and is nice and warm after a full day of sun. 15 min walk upstream is Permanent Waterhole which is another good spot for swimming in peace.

Lovely place to camp and I really enjoyed it, only thing is that the place didn't have much water and be careful of snakes.

Cold in winter, hot in summer beaut in spring. Good camp ground and water levels are at their best for years.
