A friend & myself dined here on St Patrick's night & had the Guinness pie, very nice! Staff are extremely friendly, service is spot on. We particularly found Curtis & Maddie to be very welcoming :) 5 Stars to them

We went for a meal and came out extremely disappointed. The menu has changed from 4 pages to one. Current menu is very limited and does not cater for varying tastes and dietary requirements. Had Lamb shanks, were like rubber tyres with tomato sauce: chewy with no flavour. Suddenly our favourite family run business which we were regulars to, now purchased by commercial giant has become our least favourite. Staff were friendly and attentive but variety and quality of food has definitely deteriorated. Won’t recommend this pub, some miracles need to happen to bring back the lost crowd.

usually have amazing meals here but tonight was terrible. My daughters seafood platter had fish Calamari Tiger prawns some weird crab ball all was straight from a freezer. My rib eye was supposed to be med/well came out rare and my husband got the chicken Kiev it was stuffed with something other than garlic butter and was literally half raw. After saying something to staff we were offered a refund on Kiev and ribeye and givin 2 free deserts. Massive disappointment though.

I attended a function here and was impressed by the size and quality of the bistro. The food was delicious and sumptuous (we shared an antipasto platter and I had the chicken parma). It is worth noting that the chips were crispy and perfectly seasoned! The wait staff were patient and helpful considering we were such a large group.

The Bridge Inn was a very ordinary experience. In fact a very unpleasant one. Wait staff with attitude, food from a freezer (just put it in the microwave, no one will notice), and when I asked for a wine list was told there wasn't one - just choose, red or white? If I was paying a budget price I accept a budget service, but for $35 a meal, I expect to choose my wine and not be served with passive aggression. (You know who you are). After being regular customers for a few years it is disappointing to say that this was the last time, but it was. As a customer this evening I was treated as if I was an inconvenience and heaven forbid I might want my food to be edible (not burned so the bread crumbs are nearly black). I also expect that the staff would want to make my meal a pleasant experience, but this seemed an impossibility for them. I would not recommend the Bridge Inn. I'd rather drive 15kms than put up with the attitude I received tonight.
