I went to Brazilian hut for the first time yesterday to get my legs waxed & it was terrible. Let my hair grow for over 2 weeks, exfoliated beforehand and everything. I walked in and was greeted by a young girl, she barely spoke and seemed very amateur. I laid down and she didn't say a word the whole time. Understandable to concentrate but its important to at least greet your customers and make them feel welcomed for a nice experience. I was in there for probably 10 minutes and paid for it and left because there was someone in after me and I was in a rush. When I got in the car I had a proper look at the job and it was worse than a shaving job. So many hairs left full length, i had strips of wax left on my leg that my mum pointed out to me, parts she missed, it was horrible, I stuck to my car the whole way home and had to thoroughly wash off the wax and my legs were so spikey with such an uneven job I couldn't stop crying with how upsetting it was. I could feel her touching my leg and looking at it as if something was wrong but she never said anything. Could have been courteous enough to mention it didn't work before making me pay? Its not the experience you expect to get when waxing. Plus there is no car parks available anywhere, took 20 mins to find one. Cheap price but not coming back.Services:&nbsp;Body waxing

I was holidaying in QLD and needed to book a wax, I saw some of the reviews saying the staff were not overly polite but I didn’t care too much as it was a one-off visit for me. When I arrived for my appointment the lady was out on her lunch break so I waited outside not a big deal. No “hello” or “be with you in a moment” - again this didn’t bother me too much as I knew I wouldn’t be coming back but worth noting if you are a regular customer.  I have been waxing for many years and can easily say this was hands down the worst wax I’ve ever experienced. It was extremely painful, and when I told the lady the wax was too hot she told me I must be too sensitive and then proceeded to lay the wax down and THEN blow on my bikini area??? Extremely odd. I returned home with multiple missed hairs and also extremely red and swollen.  I called to speak with someone a few days later as the swelling had still not gone down and the lady on the phone was very kind and I don’t want to blame her at all because it wasn’t her fault but I was just so displeased with the wax and the best they could do was offer a voucher for next time - like I said I am not from QLD so what would I do with a voucher? Just had my waxing at the brand new Brazilian Hut at Mooloolaba Jo was amazing, I love how quick and gentle the whole process was. The new salon is amazing,  car parking is so easy with tenant parking underneath. A very professional salon and staffService:&nbsp;Body waxing

My first time with Jo at The Brazilian Hut Mooloolaba, I loved her expertise, she did a quick and clean job, price was absolutely fair, will definitely go there again

I have been to TBH many times and have found them to be professional, friendly and patient, today it was the complete opposite. The “older” lady was abrupt, irritable, impatient bordering rude. My daughter who was a first timer felt like she was getting in trouble. The young lady doing the spray tans was obviously new and both myself and my daughter who both had tans were unhappy with the result. I had to re tan myself before my wedding the next day as it was patchy and too pale . Don’t book online as this doesn’t reflect back to the shop, she had no idea what I had booked and I had to tell her I’d booked for more services and it was extremely rushed. I have never experienced such bad customer service, treated like complete garbage for arriving 5 minutes late. I already felt bad about it and the staff member was so rude and argumentative, I felt afraid to have her wax me and certainly did not want to give them my business. A few times I have sat waiting for them which she denied once for nearly 20 min so get off your high horse mate!  I have been going to bh on and off for years, and often felt it was a bit of a production line which can be good with intimate waxing but can also seem as though they take clients for granted. I am now hesitant to return especially after writing a bad review haha.  Some staff have been great over the years but I will probably go elsewhere now!

Do not use. Brazilian Hut cancelled my last 3 spray tans with hardly any notice. Most recently I showed up for an appointment I had booked in for a month, only to be told that the one staff member "can't do tans", notwithstanding that same staff member had called me earlier in the day to change the appointment time and apparently didn't notice I had booked in for tanning. This used to be a good business but I will not be coming here ever again. The website says nothing about this, but I was told by the staff member that 2 out of their 3 salons are closed and the Mooloolaba one only opens 2 days a week.Service:&nbsp;Tanning

I had a few issues with my spray tan from a different store, and wasn’t sure how to fix it. I called Brazilian Hut Mooloolaba and they were so lovely, kind and informative. They told me to just come in and that they’d fix it up for me. All the girls were so warm and welcoming and told me exactly what to do and to expect from my tan. The colour was brilliant in the end. Thank you so much girl, I love my tan!Service:&nbsp;Tanning
