Dr Mehdi Al-Zaini should not be a medical professional. He told me to listen to him because he’s older than me and I’m like he’s child I’m 25. They tried charging me an extra $25 for public holiday. They told me they forgot to update it on the website. Then the doctor proceeded to say he has over ‘7500 patients’ and how he doesn’t care if I don’t get treatment if I don’t pay $25 extra! Waste of an hour drive. Go here if you enjoy being disrespected.
My partner went in to get some antibiotics for a tooth infection and he kindly asked to get closing the gap on his antibiotics because he identifies as aboriginal and the doctor I’m not sure of the doctors name turned around and said “I’m not doing that because you don’t look aboriginal” rudest doctor I have ever come across!!
Dr. Mehdi Al Zaini is hands down one of the nest helpful and professional doctors I’ve ever been to. Very patient, professional, and very good to deal with. Highly Recommend!!

Appointment was at 9am but waited until 9:50 to see the doctor. 50mins wait and speak with doctor for 1 min.
Made an online booking. They weren't even open. Update your opening hours. Why do you have online booking available if you don't actually take those appointments? Huge waste of time. And the notes on the door make it very clear this is a common issue. Do something perhaps?
Give medicine with side effects and doesn’t care about patients properly, very bad experience
Rude staff and the doctor, these people should be ashamed of themselves to be in such workline, no one deserve to see these bunch of manner less hot heads when they are unwell, clearly well below standard service.
