Very pushy staff. Even after expressing that I was "just browsing at the moment" they continued to push me to buy products I was not interested in. Go to midland instead, much better staff.

I was just served by a lovely woman called Kayla. She was extremely helpful in pointing me towards the products that would best suit my skin and made me feel confident in my choice. Thanks Kayla - all the best.

I've been here quite a few times and the girls working here have always been lovely. They really know what they're talking about, and what products are suited towards my skin type.  I've been to a lot of different The Body Shop stores before, but the one in morley will always be my favourite!

The ladies that work here are always so helpful and they really make you feel welcome in the store. Great customer service and great products to match!

I love their products and the workers really care too

No customer service skills. Came into get one thing asked if they had it said she didn’t know and didn’t even check out the back. Bought something else, the price had gone up since I last bought it asked if it had and she replied that it had actually gone down from a price which it was never at. Do not recommend going to this store

Usual Body Shop store with all the usual things. Found the staff to be very friendly and helpful
