Young woman helped me with what I was looking for, and the actual product is actually pretty good. It'd be good if hemp based products become a norm here in Adelaide and have the price go down significantly. It works much better than thr previous products ive used.

Amazing customer service! A friend and I were visiting SA in late January and popped into this store to look for a few things. All of the ladies working were so lovely. Mary, who served us, was incredibly helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to help us and was so genuine. Really appreciate all of your hard work and effort!

Bad customer service. Just walked out. No customers in shop when we walked in. Two sales girls talking at the cash counter but not willing to serve or even greet.

I was served by Kate, and that woman is worth her weight in gold! Not only was Kate patient and understanding, she was compassionate, knowledgeable and incredibly professional. Having a previously awful experience with another skin care company -that left me feeling self-conscious and awful about my skin condition - I was hesitant to try again. I entered that store unsure of myself, and left with a friend. The product knowledge, confidence and compassion was unbelievable. It is very important to me that Kate knows this. X

I can’t remember their names unfortunately but the two staff members you had on today were absolutely wonderful. Very helpful when educating me on my skin! One team member who directly helped my friend and I was very friendly and would love to have her serve me again. Beautiful staff and environment xx
