Boathouse Bar and Dining is nestled on the beautiful shores of Brisbane Water at the new Koolewong Marina. Surrounded by panoramic scenery, our restaurant is perfect for lunch, intimate dining and special occasions

Originally opened as Murphy’s Bay Restaurant, and then renamed The Boathouse in 2001, current owner Eddie Zeman has worked tirelessly, refurbishing the premises from 2007, and it has blossomed into its present state allowing it to best utilise the wonderful vista and floor area.

Eddie, with his many years experience in the industry, and our team have created an exceptional menu mixing the freshest of seafood and quality product. From Freshly Shucked Live Oysters, Calamari, Duck or Prawn Tian for Entrees, To our Fresh Fish of the Day and Seafood Selection, or our mains other than Seafood, Lamb, Spatchcock and Eye Fillet, We also have Vegetarian Meals. We offer something for everyone from the conservative to the adventurous.

For something a little more casual, relax and enjoy our sun-drenched courtyard and ‘light eats’ menu while overlooking the marina with spectacular waterfront views.

Wow what an amazing hidden gem! Food was absolutely divine and the service impeccable. The views were spectacular. Highly recommended!

Great fine dining place. Staff provided excellent service and the food was served in a very timely manner. Food was exceptional and the experience would've been better during the daytime when the water views could be seen and enjoyed. Overall, great place to go to for a special occasion!

Very nice both times.  Both times they had run out of oysters.  I still really enjoyed the food and the service.

I cannot remember the last time I enjoyed every dish I ordered in a restaurant.  The food is exceptional.  We shared our starters and entree so we could have a main meal and dessert . It was so delicious . Fabulous chef ! Well done . We will return x
