The Boathouse

Always a great spot for a lazy brunch, lunch, coffee. Happily watching the kids on the beach while sipping away on something refreshing or eating something delicious at The Boathouse, is one of the highlights of living so close to Balmoral Beach.

Good spot to watch the beach and the harbour. A bit overpriced but I guess that comes with the locale. Super fast service.

From the entrance it looks like a cozy new orleans style boat house... but at the back it feels like the south of france amazing food and live music too!!

Been here for a few times. Great food and customer services. Coffee was good. Overall was excellent except a bit pricey.

It is my favorite place for breakfast in Mosman, lovely views and delicious food. The new takeaway is fantastic! Much easier to order, great idea owners!

Nice place with a generous amount of food. Ordered the Fish pie and that was done to perfection and super tasty. The fish and chips was massive however the oil on the fish batter tasted a little stale and it was lacking in flavour. Staff were friendly however we were not advised that we needed to order at the counter.

If you can get a table it’s amazing! Great food, great set up, good service and the most gorgeous view. My partner and I went for breakfast and it was awesome! High recommend the fruit salad and the brekky roll.

Going there every week for a time.. its really nice. Awesome food, customer service, But when its cold be aware of the wind and bring a jacket !! no blanket available
