The location is great. The food is excellent. Service is ok as it was a little slow! The ambience is good but polluted with noisy crowds. Overall an experience I would strongly recommend and not one to be missed. Thanks to my son and grandchildren for such a lovely experience
Great rest and relax atmosphere with delightful wide view of the sea. You will get the occasional visit from the birds. Good choices of dishes on the menu. Staff are friendly and warm.
This review reflects our experience of the establishment during two visits one this month July 2024 and one in 2019. We understand that others will have different views.nThe food is good and the portions are large.nThe location is unparalleled, right on the waterfront with fantastic views of the bay and Balmoral waterfront.nThe variety of food is good and the delivery speed is good.nHowever, on both occassions for us, the front of house service is poor. Food can be we did ordered via an app at the table, meaning that staff only have to bring it to the table.nOn neither occassion was our food order correct and the incorrect drink sizes were provided.nOn our most recent visit, it has to be said that the front of house team probably couldn't have been less interested in their job or us as customers.nIt will be the food and location that might draw us back, now knowing the service level is below par, we'd be prepared and allow for it.nFor the overall experience, the prices reflect mostly location and people us included are clearly willing to pay for that because if it were psotioned away from the waterfront without views of the bay, the pricing would have to be changed by quite a bit to be able to reflect what's left.
Fabulous location with great views and amazing food!! Love the fact that you can always find a healthy option. My favourite dishes are the green bowl and the kale salad, both extremely tasty and fresh! This venue does get busy but busy means happy returning customers, I think and you might need to wait a bit until your food is served. But it is worth it! Next door you can also hire kayaks and paddle boards, or you can go for a swim in the pool. Great experience!
crazy prices for the food but i guess for the nice views you can excuse it slightly. waited around 30 minutes for food.nnfood was cold when it arrived and somehow the fish was still extremely oily.
