We've been using this company for over a year now and must say they've always provided a great service with our regular capsule and accessory orders arriving on time everytime. More importantly our customers love the quality of Lavazza coffee and visit us regularly in part because we offer a free coffee to those who'd like one, we even offer takeaway for those in a rush.  WE FIRMLY BELIEVE HAVING THIS MACHINE HAS INCREASED OUR SALES!  Lastly, due to the number of coffees we make per day for our customers, our machine literally wore out. We contacted Nicole at Bluepod and had a brand new replacement machine delivered with a few days, next day the technician was on site to set it up for us. If you're in business and love your customers, get one of these machines in your shop, you'll never look back.  Thanks Bluepod, you guys rock!!

I love the coffee from Blue Pod! I was not a big coffee drinker but that all changed since I found Blue Pod Coffee a few years ago. Their Maxi Aroma Top offers authentic taste of Italian coffee. Blue Pod’s customer support staffs diligently attend to every order, and most of my parcels were delivered the next day from Melbourne to Sydney. I definitely recommend Blue Pod Coffee to any coffee lovers for their coffee taste, price and customer service.

Not only the coffee is super premium quality but also Blue Pod service is super fast and professional. I placed an order the first day and the coffee got delivered to Perth the second day! The transaction was easy, hassle free and just a few clicks. Highly recommend Blue Pod to all coffee lovers!

The blupod coffee Co has been nothing short of terrible. Machines don't work, they rarely come out to fix things when called and should win the award for over promise and under deliver.

I want to recommend this company especially their customer service person Matt who was so helpful with my problem. I had a Lavazza Mio Modo coffee machine out of warranty and the coffee pod drawer would not open. The one I bought for my son at the same time had the same problem. I was just asking for some assistance and wanted to know if I could fix it but Matt offered to replace the machine free of charge. I was thrilled and have now set up an account so I can order the pods online with free shipping rather than searching my local supermarket for my favourite blend.   Many thanks. Brilliant service.

Paid $300+ up front for coffee pods, hot choc, powered milk and consumables with a promise the machine would be configured, set up and sent out in 14 days. over a month later  I am still awaiting delivery of the coffee vending machine. Despite Customer service assurances that the machine would be shipped on particular dates, the coffee machine wasn't shipped. The whole Blue Pod experience has left a bitter taste in my confidence and a big hole in my wallet. Would I ever deal with Blue Pod again?... NO! Will i ever see my $300+ again?... who knows, but i'm not holding my breath! ...  Anybody want to buy some cheap Lazzara coffee pods and consumables?  The picture shows our brand new coffee vending machine, a little beauty isn't it?... or should I say this was where our brand new coffee machine was planned to be.

Very disappointed as we have been dealing with this company for approx 10 years. Their customer service has become non existent and slow to respond. We are still waiting for a coffee delivery that has been missing for over 2 weeks and with next to no help from customer service. We have now sent our machine back and will not be dealing with Blue Pod again.

Hi Blue Pod Coffee Company.  Just wanted to let you know that we have just received our coffee which we ordered yesterday. I can’t believe that it took only 24hrs for this to arrive - from order to office.  From Melbourne to Cairns. Am amazed at such FANTASTIC service.  If I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

We have been using Blue Pod for a number of years and have never had a single problem with them, they are a pleasure to deal with. The staff are always extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble to them. They are always happy to help in any way they can and are always very polite and courteous.

We have recently set up the Crono coffee machine in our office and it's an absolute hit. Bluepod have been so helpful throughout the process, they supplied us with a sample pack of all the different coffee variations and the Lavazza pods they have recommended have been very popular with staff - so much so that we've had to double our weekly milk order! Being able to lease the machine for free by purchasing a certain number of pods a month has definitely been convenient and well worth it. I'd absolutely recommend the Blue Pod team and their machines!
