I want to recommend this company especially their customer service person Matt who was so helpful with my problem. I had a Lavazza Mio Modo coffee machine out of warranty and the coffee pod drawer would not open. The one I bought for my son at the same time had the same problem. I was just asking for some assistance and wanted to know if I could fix it but Matt offered to replace the machine free of charge. I was thrilled and have now set up an account so I can order the pods online with free shipping rather than searching my local supermarket for my favourite blend. Many thanks. Brilliant service.

Huge thank you to Bluepod Coffee Company for our recent coffee machine upgrade, the quality of the machine is fantastic, very easy to use and the milk froths up perfectly! We have been using Blue Pod for a number of years and have never had a single problem with them, they are a pleasure to deal with. The staff are always extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble to them. They are always happy to help in any way they can and are always very polite and courteous.
