love Love LOVE my new curtains they look amazing and bring such a beautiful soft light into my home. From the minute we walked through the door, the staff were helpful in all aspects of selecting the perfect colour and design for my home. The products they sell are true quality and the bonus was the price .. so much cheaper than their competitors!! Highly recommend these guys
The product that I ordered was delivered in a timely manner and at such a great price. I am so happy that the product was manufactured here in Perth. Neil and Duncan were just lovely and so efficient. The outdoor blinds were measured perfectly and were installed in no time. And they look amazing!
I had mix of both plantation shutters and electric roller blinds installed throughout my home and extremely pleased with the quality and service not to mention a very competitive price. I had an issue with the downstairs blinds due to the longer than normal length and the material I choose was creasing , they replaced all the blinds down stairs with a less coarse material which solved the problem. The customer service was excellent and I can't recommend them enough 5 star service .
Fantastic service. Competitive and detailed quote for both indoor and outdoor blinds. The outdoor blinds were ready sooner than expected and the installers were quick, tidy and explained everything. With both outdoor plantation blinds and pull down sheers we have a brand new outdoor room. Now looking forward to having the indoor plantations fitted. Excellent company to deal with. Have since had the indoor shutters fitted: again superb service and quality. Highly recommend The Blinds Gallery.
Their roller blinds are overpriced rubbish , even when discounted. Impossible to clean and permanently marked. Will now have to throw these in the bin and find something else. Roman blinds also fitted look permanently creased. Not happy after spending $6000
Neil is an outstanding installer. Shutters look fabulous. I love the product. My only concern was the time from ordering until they were ready for installation. I would recommend Blinds Gallery...this is my second house where I have used B
Blind Gallery came to our new build to give us a quote for drapes, blinds and shutters. they were very professional and kept in touch with any updates and answered all my questions promptly. The choices of colours and qualities were explained and the process to complete quote process was very smooth. I visited the showroom to check out the qualities. Installation for the shutters was seamless and a very good experience with the installer being prompt, installed quickly and professionally. He also cleaned up after himself. Hoping the shutter quality is long lasting. Installation of the blind and drapes went well. They were prompt and professional. However didn't clean up after themselves and left very quickly not having chance to check the tracks etc. I have noticed my lounge /dining drapes are shorter then I expected. The drawstrings are not mounted on the walls well. Very hit and miss. Ensuite track for black out is very sticky. I would have expected a call from the company to check on the after sales process, however I have had no call. Just a review text message. I would like the sales rep Koren to come and check and help rectify the few points I have mentioned. Thanks Dee
