Despite being super busy on a hot public holiday, staff were friendly and the food was delicious - I had The Michael a middle eastern twist on poached eggs and bacon, which really hit the spot. Coffee was fantastic as well.
Great taste coffee and ham,egg roll. Breakfast deal was perfect : maybe can feel Roll is salty for korean but don't worry you can have a flat white. Balance is perfect :
Delicious avo toast with feta, pesto and added mushrooms $15,5. Small little cafe with great, friendly service and views of the beach.
This is amazing awesome place everyone mUST go the avocado on toast looked beautiful the taste was fabulous its the best ever I ordered bacon on side it was pretty good
Enjoyed the veggie roll at this nice cafe.
Seeing such good reviews see and on Trip Advisor, we came here for breakfast with expectations of some good food. I'm afraid it was a quite average experience so we left somewhat disappointed. The place was busy which is usually a good sign, but perhaps just due to its small size. There was no room outside so we went inside which was noisy and cramped, with takeaway customers pushing their way in and out of the small space with prams. We grabbed menus and waited a while then worked out there must be no waiter service. We ordered two bacon and egg rolls and a juice, and were surprised that the juice was prepackaged out the fridge thinking it might be fresh. Service was reasonably quick, and our rolls looked great. Unfortunately the taste really didn't match, it was quite bland and the bacon wasn't very good. We got the feeling this place is great for people in a hurry, just looking to wolf something down and go. I wouldn't come back here, the day before we visited Griffith Street Larder, just 2 mins walk through the arcade to the other side, and it was much better - table service, relaxed atmosphere even though busy, and the food was tasty and better quality ingredients.
Can’t fault the food, the coffee, the location or service. A rare find indeed. More like a black vicuña.
Best bacon and egg role I've had. Coffee is also excellent. Service was very good to, I got there just after kitchen had closed but the chef insisted he would still do me a bacon and egg roll. Will definitely be coming back on my next run through tweed heads.
It used to be a great coffee place, it was always busy and difficult to get a table in their small seating area. Not sure if they have changed hands, the menu appears similar still making their favourites. Coffee is the biggest downfall, it used to be so good and flavoursome. Now it is just a milky mess, barely able to taste the coffee. So was a little disappointed and not sure I will go back again.
This place is amazing. It's a smallish venue but comfortable enough. The coffee was perfect and the meals were even better. Definitely have to recommend "The Michael" on the menewe, that dude had killer taste. 6 stars if I could.
