Date - 25/9/24 , time 1545nnMy recent visit to this restaurant was remarkably disappointing.nnThe service, unfortunately, was the highlight of the disappointment. A staff member, best described as a lady with tattoos, exhibited an astounding lack of professionalism. Her demeanor was unprofessional and unwelcoming. When I inquired about the origin of the crab, asking if it was locally caught, her response was dismissive and rude. It felt like she had already mentally checked out from her job.nnA similar unpleasantness was experienced by my Canadian friend, who tried to order a coffee. He was interested in something akin to a Double-Double, but the staff member offered no assistance and appeared as if she couldn’t be bothered. She stood in a disinterested manner, resting on her hip, and never gave him the chance to choose his preferred coffee.nnFinally, the food left much to be desired. With a combination of poor quality and lackluster service, the entire dining experience was regrettable.nnIn summary, both the food and service were severely lacking. I hope management takes these critiques constructively to improve the overall customer experience.
Instantly we had a bad feeling about the place. We ordered 2 big brekkys and once we got it we were extremely underwhelmed. The cooked tomato was cold and uncooked, the bread barely toasted and hardly any butter on it. The mushrooms were shrivelled up and had a funny taste to them. The eggs looked plastic however the bacon was pretty good. The hashbrowns were clearly yesterday cook up.nnService wasn’t great, although the lady who made the coffees was friendly.nnHave been there many times in the past but won’t be going there ever again.
- Poor service, the poor waitress looked like she just got fired!n- Waited over 10mins and I was the only person in the milk bar.n- Ordered a cheeseburger n it looked like a burger with the lot! I don’t like lettuce, raw onion and tomatoes n that’s why I order cheeseburgers.nWhen I asked the tall waitress what was my order maybe they got it wrong she told me “that’s how a cheese burger is made in Australia”.nHow rude!!nNever again!
Just keep driving, over priced, food is disgusting, got served by a lady who could barely grunt when i said hello. How is this place still open? I feel sorry when i see buses pull up and all the passengers are hurrying inside to grab something to eat. Bus services need to find a better place to stop for a meal break.
I brought 3 SLICES of cake a bottle of coke and or other drink $42! Stupidly over priced and next to know prices on products! Cake slices are $6.90 each!! Also brought 2 burgers. 2 kabanas. 2 honey chicken skewers which were 95% batter and a drink $71!! Highway robbery at its finest!
