We only stopped here to take pictures of the big lobster like most people. Just so you know it is 17m tall . I think there is a takeaway shop behind it.
Stopped here for lunch. Photos of Larry were out initial reason for stopping but decided to grab lunch while we were there. So glad we did. There was a lovely fire burning and we had a good affordable lunch. The ladies running the shop were friendly and cheerful.
It's a really big lobster. Great photo opportunity and fun to stop at if you're on your way past. There's a nice pub down the road as well.
Open am and pm shut around I think10am till 4pm good food friendly staff
Love going to see the big things, just as good as the silo trails.
Big Lobster is still there. Looks new. A great spot to take a short break after long drive.
It is quite a sizable iconic tourist attraction, many photo opportunities. The associated food hub provides a good selection of meals, both casual take out & eating in. A good break during a drive.
Worth the drive and photo. Tourist attraction so need to wait for best picture. Taking a photo from over the road helps get Larry into the shot
