Had a wonderful two hours in Young. Saw the tourist sites, ate at a great cafe and shopped in the local interior shop. Definitely recommend a trip to Young

Fun place for a photo op. The town on Young is great to visit, pop into the tourist info in the old railway station next to the big cherries, we were given so much info and a guided walk map which we loved

The Young Cherries sculpture is located right outside the train station and young information centre. It was erected by the Young Shire Council to commemorate the cherry growers in the region. Its a great tourist attraction as there is a dedicated parking area, a little park with benches to relax. The shopping centre is right in front of the monument too.

I went to Young to pick cherry but well, I was not lucky. I knew there would be no cherry but I continoud and took picture in the big cherry in Australian Cherry Capital. We stop at the orchard took picture with cherry blossom, even on the side road where there were cherry blossom.nThe city was quiet, peaceful, few people around. It is such a historical place but I was so excited with cherry blossom
