I wanted to share the brilliant experience I had dealing with the bed factory. I needed a bed at short notice, which I also needed to be delivered on the day I went in. It was an emergency situation for an elderly person who needed a bed- They were incredibly professional and empathic towards my situation, and they went over and above to accommodate my request. The customer service from the sales lady we dealt with was exceptional, she was friendly warm and knowledgeable and made the process of choosing the bed easy. The manager was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful as well : I really could not have asked for anymore. I would highly recommended them, and just bought another bed from them for myself- Again the service and value is second to none. Thank you again for helping us out so much Bed factory! What a professional experience from start to finish. I cannot fault the service I received from Anthony and his delivery staff. The mattress was made to order, being a continental bed, and took less than a week to process.....impressive in Covid times, in particular, as so many companies now fall back on that to compensate for inefficiency and poor service....not Anthony!! I am thrilled with the mattress it is just what I asked for, excellent quality and fits perfectly. I cannot recommend The Bed Factory highly enough. Thank you it has been an utter pleasure to do business with you Anthony.
Fantastic company to buy a bed from, amazing service 5 star!! Delivery time was as expected. Extremely friendly and polite, from the sales staff through to the delivery drivers, so delighted with my purchase. Cannot thank Ashleigh enough. From introduction to closing of the sale she made everything easy to understand and a very pleasurable experience. Her knowledge and expertise were clear and listened to my requirements to match to my dream bed after showing me a variety of options. Fast delivery which I could not find elsewhere which was a bonus on top of it all. Absolutely fantastic. Can not fault the service. A true delight
The staff were all really friendly and helpful, making you feel valued and getting a product suited to you and not just trying to sell you the most expensive product. Extensive range of mattresses especially "mammoth" and good quality bed frames all at very good prices. Being a sportsman it's pivotal to have a good bed and I cannot wait for my mattress to arrive, which they managed to sort incredibly quickly!!

From the selection process right down to delivery, this bed company is exemplary. I chose two small double divans for my sons. Although the original mattress I purchased was not stocked in the 4ft size, the lovely Wendy offered me a higher quality mattress without charging the extra! Having received the beds I can confirm the quality is excellent at a competitive price. After the first 'test run', the morning commentary went like this: Son 1 "Aaahhh...that was the best sleep I've had in ages." Son 2: "Yeah, the best sleep ever." Job done. Thanks, Bed Factory
Accurate and helpful advice from staff led to the purchase of a very comfortable mattress. The sale price was very competitive and delivery was exactly as described with the old mattress removed and the new one installed. We are very satisfied with the whole experience
Excellent service from start to finish! I set a real challenge to find two beds which could be delivered next day to a somewhat difficult property. To say Anthony exceeded expectations does not do him justice and even when two problems arose, one box missing thanks to Tuffnells and one piece not quite fitting the narrow staircase he was keen to fix the problem, loan me a frame until another could be delivered and gave me a partial refund for the difference without having to ask! Amazing company, personal service, cannot recommend them enough and will certainly purchase here again. Thank you
