i was struggling with acne for more than a year. i had a nice facial here but what was more helpful was that the therapist told me to try probiotics. i didn’t buy the brand she suggested it was too expensive but i found one similar and it’s made such a major difference to my breakouts. i had my first facial here before trying a different place out on a whim and this place was so much nicer. i was unsure and somewhat nervous but the staff were all really nice and made me feel comfortable. thank you so much!

The service at The Beauty Room is faultless and the staff are really friendly.  I have been sending my  daughter here for about a year to treat teen skin issues. The results are excellent. They also do a great job on eyebrows. .  The Beauty Room is spotlessly clean and uses Dermalogica and other professional grade products. Off street parking is available in an adjacent council carpark making for easy access. Ring to book.

I absolutely adore the facials at the beauty room!!! The staff are so lovely and helpful with treating all types of skin. What I love about the beauty room is that they are not afraid to extract pimples but are also so careful with your skin. I would never get a facial anywhere else. Thank you so much and thank you Renee for my amazing facial today.

My daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful morning being pampered at The Beauty Room. Professional diagnosis of our different skin requirements resulted in facials tailored to our needs. We both left with glowing skin and feeling pampered. An added bonus was our therapists suggested daily plan to keep our skin in top condition and educate my daughter on how to keep her skin looking good.

Had my first consultation with Charlene and couldn't recommend her enough. She is so knowledgeable and passionate about skin care. Learned so much in such a short space and I am very excited to start my treatments with her.

I have been coming to The Beauty Room since the day they opened and I can honestly say I've always experienced amazing service and beautiful , effective treatments  in a beautiful and clean salon. I always leave feel pampered and cared for and my skin looks great ! The product prescriptions are always spot on for my skin and they do the best brow shaping  in the business . I 100 percent recommend The Beauty Room !!

I had a facial and microblading. The therapists were extremely knowledgeable and made the environment very relaxing. Maria at the desk seemed to know everyone by name as they walked through. If only I found this place sooner . They offer the most incredible skin care you could ever want. I’ve been needing a place like this for such a long time. They are consummate professionals, provide incredible services and to top it off, they are incredibly caring humans. I can’t recommend them enough.

A great treatment overall. However I found the staff very salesy as they refused to provide me with list of the products they recommend for my skin unless you buy them at their salon. As prices in a salon are as per RRP I find that I have to go online to buy my creams wbere the same product is $20 cheaper per cream. I was a very happy customer when I left the treatment room but after being told that I won't find out what products I use unless I buy it from them I am not as satisfied anymore unfortunately. I feel that the price you pay for a treatment should at least include a list of recommended products, no matter where I choose to buy them.

The staff are friendly and professional. I have been a regular client for years and I highly recommended The Beauty Room.
