From the moment we arrived to the time we left, it was great. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. We had table service or you can order, tap and pay with the qr code on the table. Great selection of alcoholic drinks, 500ml and 1ltr available, food selection was brilliant also. They've got share platters, all you can eat platters, burgers which were delicious, schnitzels with various toppings and the starters were delicious. Starters we had the bao bun and the mac and cheese balls which had the blue cheese sauce drizzled over and you don't just get 3 like most places, it's 6 in a little pan presented nicely. The restaurant is well spaced with plenty of room and plenty of room at the tables. Will be returning to try other parts of the menu and recommend to others to give them a try.
My boyfriend and I visited this restaurant for his birthday last night, and the food and service was absolutely amazing. We were served by a team member with long hair and he made sure we were well looked after. The food we had was fantastic and we will definitely be visiting again in the near future.
Really food tastes great when eating with good company and bavarian made it much more special with their great service and great tasting food..great big serving and freshly cooked. Staff treat you like family. They even gave the kids some colouring booklet. Will come back again.
Portion size is generous amount. Pork belly and hamhock are crispy on the outside and tender juicy on the inside. Sausage trio is tasty as per standard taste of generic sausages here in down under. Chicken wings are perfecf match with beer. Chefs did a great job!compliments...
Expensive and extremely disappointing! I got goulash it was water with tons of salt and paprika which included a generous 4 tiny prices of meat in the whole bowl served with dry rye bread not even buttered. Tasted very cheap and nasty. Also got a schnitzel, nothing to rave about it was a normal plain schnitzel with below average cos with no salt. Spend your money elsewhere.
Absolutely loved this place ! The service was incredible and the staff were very friendly. My son and I had the Pork Knuckle and it was delicious and reasonably priced for such a large meal. Highly recommended checking out this restaurant
We went to The Bavarian last night for the second time since moving back to Adelaide and it did not disappoint! Absolutely massive serves, with chips to die for! My daughter was kept well entertained, with colouring in and an activity book. The service was incredible, especially Bailey and Lyndsey, who went out of their way to ensure that we were very well looked after. I even got to speak a bit of German, which all good German restaurants should encourage We'll be back for sure!!
The food itself was good - 7/10 good. The Kranskys were tasty and the wings were quite substantial. The pricing and service, however, was more of a trap if anything - especially for the AYC eat option. It took 58 minutes for our first serving. Another 42 minutes for our next. We didn't bother with the third round. The German beer is good. The service... not so much. In the two times our group has been here party of 6-10 we've always had to put up with astonishing wait times.
Pre Lunch date before seeing a movie.. The Food was Fresh & Tasty, in addition the service was fast and friendly. Would be great if they teamed up with Hoyts.. and offered Lunch + Movie Special #nomnom #lunchdate #hoyts
Went for a hearty Sunday lunch with the 10% surcharge to match, got shafted with the smallest burgers I've ever seen. This is a $27 burger i kid you not. No, these weren't "sliders" either, even though the size was equivalent. Don't come here for value. Beer was good, if expensive, but that's the bit you EXPECT to be pricey.
