The one and only British-style Indian restaurant in Adelaide.

Story

We serve British-style Indian curry, Balti, which was originated in Birmingham. We have brought chefs all the way from England who had extensive experience in English-style of cooking.

However, Balti is not the only thing on our menu. The selection of our other Indian dishes is extensive, and caters to most spice needs. For the less spice-inclined, as well as the daring, our style of Indian cuisine is best consumed with an ice-cold beer.

We are the only authentic English-style Indian Curry Restaurant in Adelaide Area. We offer 20% discount on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (dine-in and takeaway only).

We also serve wines and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Came here with my Dad on a Sunday evening in October. Got to say, price was really good and service was top notch. We had starters, curry / rice for main and desert, along with a glass of wine each + beers. Thanks - will be back soon.

The restaurant was closing as we got there but they did the hokey pokey and turned the sign around before proceeding to tantalize our taste buds with a delicious briyani and vindaloo

Cannot rate this establishment more highly. 30 minute drive on a Tuesday evening was very much worth it. Staff are incredibly polite and friendly. Food was delicious, i cannot fault a single dish. Was recommended by a English friend and we will be recommending it to everyone. OH and the prices are very very fair.
We love the Balti house. It’s one of our favourite places to go for dinner. It’s British Indian, so the food is different. Relaxing and the food and staff are all lovely.They really try hard to please customers. One of our regular spots.
