Today I visited the store and got some school shoes for my daughter. I was serviced by Jolee who was so lovely and accommodating to my daughters needs and I even tried to buy her a coffee but when I returned to the store she had finished. Will be going back to see her specifically as she seemed like she knew a lot about shoes
Staff were not that helpful though i am a regular customer of athlete's foot. Because my wife have arch problems.
Service and staff are very good.
The staff here are very friendly and put in the effort to make sure you get the perfect shoe. Leah helped me out with foot measurements and tracking my walk and gave me a number of options to suit me. Would definitely recommend going in and getting a pair of shoes fitted.
Waited for a bit to get served, got impatient and ended up walking over to Footlocker and spending $250 hard earned over there. Usually good staff and service just not today.

Fantastic customer service, the first place to properly size my feet and provide shoes accordingly. Might not be the cheapest, but well worth paying a bit more to get a well fitting shoe first go.

One of the worst shoe experiences ever. Someone who plays with people's feet should not look down their nose at people.
