One of the best customer experience and service I have experienced. I don't even write reviews typically but this had to be called out. Dealt with me changing orders before shipping 10 times as I went through a medium research frenzy post order. Very helpful and the best prices ive seen, what sales? they are always on. Got a chance to visit the store during my recent trip to Melbourne. It was just amazing! Unbelievable range of products, great price, helpful and friendly staff. I immediately decide not going back to any art supply shop in Sydney anymore.

Excellent collection of art supply. I bought the Princeton Heritage brushes, Arches paper. Helpful staff. Large warehouse catering any art medium as well craft. Highly recommended.

Excellent prompt service.  Another shop let me down and I was under a time pressure for supplies for a workshop.  Products arrived packaged well and efficiently from Bayswater Vic to Queensland.   Langridge products oil impasto 300 ml and Langridge oil paints  were priced more competitively than other Aus suppliers.  Thank you!

I have visited the art shop in Bayswater numerous times and as always had a great experience it is so big and have a brilliant variety of art supplies at a reasonable price. during Covid lockdowns, they were my lifesaver. I had quite a few deliveries during this time. All came in a reasonable time and fantastically packed since Covid is no longer keeping us at home because I live over the other side of town, I quite often do an order online and normally I received my orders within a day or two days they are fantastic. I can’t recommend them highly enough if there were 10 stars, I would give them that.

Great selection of airbrushing paints. The high flow paints are exceptional quality, at a very reasonable price.  Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

How do people think it's well priced?  Craaazy prices Always full rrp, never seen them have a sale. I usually end up ordering from Jacksons in the UK as you get twice as much, they always have great sales.  Was looking at a set of travel brushes today.. Princeton Neptune $172 here and $80 on an Amazon daily deal.. exact same set. Yes that's a crazy cheap price and it went up to $109 next day, but still a fair difference. Some sales would be nice.

Great place to find art supplies at brilliant prices. Fantastic range of products. This was my first visit to the physical building I usually use their website. Staff were lovely and helpful. Thoroughly recommend.

after discovering this place a couple of years ago i don't think i will go to a different art shop ever again. the staff are lovely and the prices are some of the best i've seen. if you live round the area and need art supplies i highly recommend coming here.
