Very comfortable room that had been recently refurbished. In terms of the pub: I had the best Caesar Salad of my life here. It had anchovies, dry cured bacon I think smoked, and delicious cheese. Even the croutons were savory - I suspect cooked in oil and flavored with herbs. The vibe was excellent, I felt I'd been transported to the late 90s/early millennium - particularly the music, and the games room. It was nice to see people with their dogs and a mix of singles and families. To this extent it reminded me almost of an English pub more than an Australian one.
Hands down one of the best roast lunches I’ve had. We’ve had lunch here twice recently last time I had the steak sandwich, also excellent. Musics great and the staff make the place. Milo and Grace couldn’t be more friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back again soon.
Happy hour all day Thursday was a win. Also the food amongst our group of five was really well recommended. Heaps better than usual pub fare. Bravo Annandale hotel!!
We came in for a Sunday roast and pints of Guinness.nThis place is amazingly dog friendly, brought us water and treats for the dogs.nRoast was nice and tasty. Highly recommend.
