I just had the pleasure of ordering flowers over the phone from this family business " That Little Flower Shop". The customer service was amazing, I spoke to two different young ladies who both made me feel very important, were polite, friendly and helpful. The transaction was so easy, nothing seemed to be a trouble for them and I have no doubt that the bouquet that they deliver will be amazing too. Love this beautiful little florist! Have been buying flowers here for a few years now and have never been disappointed by the service or the gorgeous flowers. Lots of little gift ideas too!

Had some flowers delivered to mu mum for her birthday, they were stunning and last well over 3 weeks for alot of the blooms! Sally was great to deal with and helped add the little extras i asked for, she went out of her way to make sure it all happened smoothly
