It was my first experience with Vietnamese food and I absoulety loved it.
Nice place for Vietnamese food in Newtown. Good pho tai, but not world beating. Fast service and reasonable price.

Delicious food and friendly staff. It has a fine-dining atmosphere but it's not rocking any hipster-Newtown vibes unfortunately. Good place to take your folks.
The food is ok, not great, not terrible just cheap n cheerful. Salt and pepper calamari was very good. Service is good and very speedy so a good week night in and out spot. BYO with a bottle shop across the road which is handy.
Sour soup is good but not the best I've ever had. The chicken used in the stir-fry dishes had terrible rubbery textures so it's better to avoid altogether.
No frills Vietnamese but who needs frills when the food is this tasty! The DIY rice paper rolls with sugarcane prawns are great. It is a perfect choice during summer because everything is light, refreshing, cheap and cheerful.
My fav are the green papaya salad, the pancake, the make your own spring rolls, and the beef pho but it’s closed
