Not bad for a Thai food. The Barramundi we ordered was enormous and cost $29.9. Pad Thai and Tom Yum seafood was average, Thai Fish cake is exactly the same as those frozen ones from Asian Store.
Tried the chicken Pad Thai from this place, very tasty and flavourful. I did request mine to be mild-spicy, wasn't spicy enough so will be going for medium-spicy next time : A bit on the pricey side. Pad Thai with a soft drink cost me $23. Highly recommend this place if you like Thai food. Quick service and friendly staff.
I started working in Burwood and in the 2 weeks that I’ve been here I’ve walked in used Uber to order lunch 6 times from Thaiphoon. Today I decided I’ll order something different with my curry puffs. I thought I’ll give their yellow curry a go. The size was disappointing and not worth $18.90. I also wanted vegetables in my curry, she told me it came with vegetables so I listed the vegetables I wanted. They didn’t include any of the vegetables I wanted. I also requested extra sweet chilli sauce twice. As she handed me the bag I asked again if there was extra sweet chilli and she said yes. I get back to the office and there’s no extra sweet chilli. The menu doesn’t state anything about rice with the yellow curry - I don’t eat rice and was given rice with my meal. The size of the curry was extremely disappointing.
In Burwood where every meal involves a line up wasting 20 minutes we opted to try this Thai with tables plenty. Food: 7/10 Value: 4/10 Service: 8/10 Room for improvement but clearly worth a try
I think they deserve some more stars. The pad see ew was done very nicely with plentiful wokhei. BBQ chicken salad is very refreshing too. Green curry is fine but the seafood in there is feeling very fresh except for the prawns. Goes great with that came with it. Entree is ok. Food came very quickly.

After spending the last 18 days in bangkok, I was missing thai food, so I went here. Sadly the food was overpriced and average. It didn't have the thai pops of flavours and was very whitethai thai food made for white people so basic flavour. The staff obviously not thai when I addressed the waitress in thai, I got a blank look in response.. maybe I'm too generous with the stars, but the food was edible
Food is authentic and tasty, staff is friendly and efficient, but the prices are very steep. $6.9 for ONE satay chicken skewer! OMG My chicken pad see ew was $18.90, and the moneybags were $10.90. For this price I could have ordered at Doythao Croydon from uber eats with delivery!
The food here is quite average Thai and super expensive in my opinion I ordered a Pad Thai and paid $16.90. Definitely not worth it in my opinion. However, the staff and interior of the store is nice.
Really great food The make your own dish was a good experience you just have to select the sauce herbs and meat The chilli jam veggie is must try. Conveniently located and easy on the $$.
