As a big fan of Thai food, this place is ok for a quick bite before heading to the movies next door. I ordered Thai Chicken Fried Rice, the taste is good not as authentic as what others might have commented, but the rice was a bit undercooked. The Thai Milk Tea I also ordered was way too sweet omg, I can’t even finish half of it. I personally won’t come to this place only for dining, but comparing with Hungry Jack’s I would still prefer to dine at this place before going to the movies.
I’ve eaten a lot of Thai around the country. One night last year my partner ordered Thai for us from here from Uber Eats. We never expected much, as Thai on the GC is normally mediocre. We were pleasantly surprised. This is the best Thai food we’ve had in a long time, and over a year later we still come here regularly even though we now live in Brisbane. It’s our favourite place to come because their prices are reasonable and the food is heaven. In particular their Cashew Nut Chicken, with coconut rice. Best coconut rice we have ever had. I highly recommend this place. The owners are very friendly too!
Their fried rice is the best, but my customer service experience their is always bad. Always under staffed, my last visit the front lady was carrying a baby while serving and also walking around kitchen. I am not saying i am more concerned about the baby more than the mother but is it safe? I am a father my self and I understand life sometimes it's hard but not sure if it was safe. I was surprised that's all.
The food was really tasty. I took the chicken noodles. I recommend if you are eating there please make sure to tell them how spicy you want your food to be. I made the mistake of ordering the normal spiciness one and my god it was a lot to handle. Hope you guys don't do the same mistake I did.
Welcoming and friendly service with a smile. Unbelievably flavorsome food - the coconut rice far exceeded expectation being the best coconut rice I have ever had the pleasure of tingling my tastebuds with. Furthermore, KFC who? Best fried chicken that's ever met my lips. Definitely would recommend the Crispy Chicken and the Thai Green Curry with Coconut rice to even the toughest food critic.
My husband and I eat hear probably once a week, usually always ordering the same thing each week, Peanut Chicken Stirfry and Yellow Curry Chicken - absolutely delicious, over the last few weeks I have tried some different menu items Coconut Lime Prawns and Macadamia Prawns have to say yum yum yum especially the Macadamia Prawns, highly recommend. Great service, Great Price and Great Flavour.
The curry puff I had didn't tasted cooked,but at least the spring roll I also had tasted fine. The price was good so all in all better than the other THai eatery in Southport of course.
Honestly love this place . It Feels so home like . School pick up and then we head here .best way to finish a big day or kids and work . Yummy food , everyone is happy and tummy is full. You want something yummy, cheap and filling?than pop in here . Food is good. I've never had a bad experience. I hope everyone else has a good experience as well. xx
Excellent service, the food comes out quick - generous portion sizes and very tasty coconut rice my favourite. I recommend the Thai Green curry and the Pad Thai.
A Saturday night dinner delivered home. Nothing special, Pad Thai was good but the Masaman curry and basil chicken, both of which I normally love, were well below par. Not particularly recommended unless there are no other alternatives.
