Absolutely delicious Thai food. I had the vegan net rolls, which were on the daily special board. Also had the cashew nut stir fry and the coconut rice. Plenty of options on the menu for everyone. Prices were very reasonable, and the service was friendly. Can highly recommend this place next time you're in Blackheath. Vegetarian options: They also have vegan options. Most of their dishes can be made vegetarian and a decent amount can be modified for vegans.
The Thai green curry lacked flavour, needs a few more Lime and Thai Basil leaves added to the mix. It did have a generous portion of veges which was appreciated. We tried the Mango Prawn special, which was pretty good. The best dish we had was actually a side; the satay rice was amazing. The chunky bits of peanut and those spices, absolutely delicious. Overall, good, would definitely visit again when in the area.
Food is good. Price and service are ok. Inside spaces are too small which gets crowded.Food: 4/5
Just had an impromptu Thai dinner on our way through the mountains- what a delightful find! We live on the doorstep on newtown with all its Thai restaurants and this matched the best there! Such fresh flavors and the chef specials were delicious- loved the crisp pork belly and seafood red curry. Prawn rolls were a great entree too. Yum.
Absolutely beautiful meal! The prawn and crab spring rolls and soft shell crab dishes on the specials menu were delicious. Duck curry, pork belly and bbqed prawns also delicious. Friendly atmosphere, good service, well priced. Highly recommended.
Simply delicious. We weren’t that hungry but this was a real surprise. We joked it was better than the hydro majestic last night which is a 1 hat restaurant, but we actually enjoyed it more. Great to see a country town restaurant with a roaring trade. Completely deserved. Must try while in Blackheath.
Dinner for two. Had mixed entrees, pork belly and a chicken cashew nut stir fry. All the food was really well made - they stir fry the vegetables particularly well. Had to wait 15 minutes for a table, but it was busy and the wait was worth it. Highly recommended.Food: 5/5
An awesome hidden gem off the main road! We had lunch and then was back for more for dinner! The pad thai was super authentic, along with the massaman Beef. For an entree size and priced Tomyum perfect spice level and Prawn salad was very worth it! Quite large servings especially 2 mains for a family of 3. Rice portions are big and the customer service is good. Busy restaurant, so make sure you book early and fast! Many people were declined to eat in due to the high volume of bookings.
I love that they put vegetables into there dishes and don’t pack it all out with onion like a lot of other places. Food is great…dining area/experience could be better but then I suppose you’d be paying more.
Great family run Thai Restaurant. Love walking in to a restaurant where someone is making curry puffs at a table, great to know they are made. Big menu with the usual Thai dishes. The Massaman beef and green curry chicken were both fabulous. Lots of coconut cream in both but not sweet.
