It was closer to the end of the day. So I got the take away specials. It was very reasonably priced. I love Thai food and their food had all the great infusion. It was real Thai food. Love it.
The food in the bain-marie is pretty underwhelming. The meats seem like they have been cooked too long, and the veges are soggy. The made to order food isn't much better, and I generally go to the other Thai/Asian outlets in the rest of the centre. They do a $5 special around closing time, but even at that price point I avoid it, as you can get better stuff elsewhere.
Decent food affordable prices and nice staff, fish cakes are the highlight. Overall a good experience. Cheers
Bought end of day specials. Understand it's the end of the day after all and they won't be *fresh*, but some of the worst Pad Thai I've had in a long time. Definitely the worst chicken and cashew Ive ever had, absolutely 0 flavour and watery sauce. The chicken and basil, well... There was no basil. Chicken and bamboo shoots really. The pork dim Sim were okay, probably cause they're prepared frozen by someone else. If you like Thai food, don't go here. If you hate Thai food, also don't go here. If you hate yourself? This is the place for you.
Food didn’t have a proper Thai flavour. I ordered Pad Se Ew. Wouldn’t come back again. I asked for chilli but they don’t have any extra spices to make food taste that way you want. 1star for fast service.
I absolutely love the $6 late evening specials, 2 for $10 if you go really late. The spices they use are so good, nice and a bit spicy just to my taste! My favourite is the green curry but the eggplant with mince is also great! Love it...
The food quality was not good, I have ask to make spicy, and there were NO spice and sauce as well in Pad Thai Noodle, I specifically told the person last time it was not good, he did same this time as well. Very annoying spend $12.80. Specially in the lunch time they don't care about the quality of the food.
Food court food. My noodles was really oily and the spring rolls are standard stuff. Prices are fair though
Pretty good Thai food for cheap price. They often do lots of specials to attract customers but the quality is not too bad for that price range too. However the very recent visit has disappointed me when I ordered their “recommended” laksa. It tastes nothing like laksa. It’s sweet and strong coconut with very overcooked/dry beef. Wasn’t the Thai styled laksa that turned me off, more of how it’s delivered.
Ordered the Chicken Green Curry with rice and Satay chicken. Let’s just say that normally I wouldn’t be bothered writing a review but the food was poor enough to warrant it. The chicken was stringy and smelt a bit like it was off for both dishes. In saying that, the veggies and rice tasted nice and fresh. The main ingredient however [chicken] wasn’t good. Given the benefit of doubt perhaps I picked up a bad batch...
