The best thai place I've ever been to. Food is quite tasty and pack of flavours! The foods are so fresh especially the vegetables. The curry has a perfect balanced between creamy, sweet the aroma and taste of the coconut flesh seeps through the curry's soup as it is placed in a young coconut shell and savoury. Loved the grilled pork! so tender and juicy. The noodles are cooked perfectly. The foods are nicely presented and they have enormous serving. The prices are affordable and worth spending with regards to taste and amount of serving. The ambiance is great. It looks like a very fancy thai restaurant but the prices is not as expensive as I had expected. It's a plus that the staff is friendly and welcoming. They are quite considerate as they took us in even though they are already closing. Definitely coming back for more
The food is tastier and nice. The crab fried rice is awesome.. however, when we ordered crispy pork, we only tasted the skin and not the meat. I hardly found any meats in it. When I asked they didn’t even discounted the meal.. not returning again.
We have been coming to this restaurant a long time I even celebrated my birthday there last year. The food was always delicious. But last night my meal was absolutely disgusting. I could not eat it. I ordered pad Thai. It was mostly noodles not much else but the noodles had been cooked in what tasted like tomato ketchup. I told my husband, but he didn't believe me until he tasted it and he agreed, tomato ketchup. When we were paying I told the lady that the meal was very bad and I couldn't eat it. She said she noticed I hadn't touched it, but she still charged us for it. I said to her the meals are normally delicious. To which she replied we have a new chef, he doesn't know how to cook Thai. If you want to eat the really nice food you have to come Monday Tuesday or Wednesday thats when the original chef is on. Won't be going back.
I love this Thai restaurant! The coconut rice is simply the bomb! So delicious with some toasted coconut and a slight sweetness! The pad Thai is excellent but my favorite is the red chicken curry with the yellow chicken curry a close second. I always get some of their spring rolls too! Great friendly and fast service too! Simply the best Thai food I’ve ever had!
Food was fine, huge serves with a lot of vegetables. The interior was basic and the atmosphere a bit flat. A bit pricey for what it was, though the staff were very friendly and helpful.Food: 3/5
Food is soo good. Service is friendly. Hidden gem. I go back whenever I can afford it and feel like thai. Decent servings of meat or sea food.
We ordered large coconut rice, chicken cashew stir-fry, chicken garlic peppered stir-fry, tempura vegetables spring rolls and red curry fish cakes.. Dinner was freaking incredible! Highly recommend the coconut rice.. Absolutely divine! Compliments to the chef.. Wait staff we friendly and service was pleasant. Nice atmosphere. Will definitely be going here again!
There aren’t many restaurants open on Saturday night, but so happy to find Thai on Ipswich. The dishes were tasty, especially the crispy pool with basil and the serving size, huge. So much so that neither of us could fully finish. 4 stars.
Has this restaurant changed hands? Food wasn't anywhere near as good as it used to be. Admittedly it's been a while since we've been here, but every dish tasted the same flavour wise. Overly bland. Price points are terrible for what you actually get as protein's are barely existent in the dishes, and definitely not fresh. I've actually never seen such a lacklustre fried rice before pretty much just rice.
I got takeout here for the first time.. ordered the garlic pepper chicken and it was amazing!! Great serving size!! the staff were friendly too, good customer service skills!
