Placed a $150+ take away order at 6:08pm. Was told my order would be ready in 45 minutes. At the time I was still in the city. I drove just over an hour from the city to pick up my dinner at 7:30pm to be told my order was out the back needing to be packed up. After a few minutes, I was told that my order was not ready and that I had only placed the order 10 minutes prior to me walking in the shop. I showed the staff member my call log of when the order was placed proving it was placed an hour and a half before which he dismissed not sure how you can fudge a call log The staff were very rude and very dismissive and was then told they’ll start on my order. I requested my order be cancelled and as I was leaving was told “thank you see you next time” like they had actually provided a service. I assured him I would never step foot in his restaurant ever again.
I have been eating here for years. Always great food and friendly service. Easy parking. Good prices. Lovely people.Food: 5/5
Came here in 2005 with a mate and move to Brisbane soon after. Came back after 17 years and still one of the best Thia I have ever had and great service from Big bad Bobby and his team. I never review but resteraunt is worth going to.
Best value for money restaurant. We have been coming to Thai Lai Krarm for years. The food and service has always been exceptional. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming and we are made to feel like family; not just customers. Complimentary prawn crackers are munched on whilst we choose from the large selection of menu choices. What we can’t eat there we take home ‘cause it’s too good to leave!
Best Thai I have ever had. It tasted fresh and was served with great service. The red curry is delicious! I wish I remember the names of the other dishes, I would recommend. 5 star.
We enjoyed our first dine in experience, Bob was very welcoming and service was prompt. The food met our expectations and we will be back again.
I love this restaurant and anyone who says it's bad clearly has no tastebuds and should just go to Macca's if they cant respect good food and the people that do their job so well. The food is incredible and full of flavour. I recommend to anyone who is craving a bit of Thai cuisine to go to The Thai Lai Krarm, good food, good atmosphere and good people.
