We eat a lot of Thai food and this was the worst possible takeaway meal we have ever had. Had to throw half of it away. Arrived cold, when they were not far away. Not recommended. Won't respond to our email for refund. Needless to say, we will never order food from them again. $108 of throwaway takeaway. John.
Average thai food which was delivered with very poor service. Had to ask twice for basics like rice, drinks never turned up and very slow generally. Food was tasty, but nothing to write home about.
Two hours to get a delivery. That's next level trash customer service. Rang 3 times with only 10 mins away answer each time. FFS if you cant keep up with the orders dont take them or do the courtesy of being honest with the opportunity to cancel. The gaul to charge $10 for a delivery is beyond laughable.

Only one waiter, food ran out and our receipt was lost. So we were waiting for 45 minutes before I asked and was told. The waiter said the food would take 20 minutes to be remade so we unfortunately couldn’t wait.
The best thai food in ballarat. Friendly service and the food that we ordered was amazing. We love spicy food and the food was really spicy and awesome. I would really recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves thai food
