Pleasantly surprised with the foods, lots of flavours and aromas. Great presentation, fast and excellent service. Tom yum delicious not too salty and has a light punch of spice. Snapper was not over cooked and tender covered in Granny Smith Apple with slightly spicy sauce. The salt and pepper prawn is just under cooked but still awesome. And the dessert just average. Overall very happy with the service. Definitely recommend thai lovers diners.
Had an excellent experience here with happy, smiling service. The food was also so tasty. Had a good laugh with the wait staff. Highly recommended and will be coming back for sure.
Went there for Sunday lunch with my parents and my sister. The food was good hence 3 stars and the price reasonable, but the initial service is slow. We sat our selves down at a table not sure if we were to wait for anyone, no greeting on entering. We sat and waited whilst a table was being served after they walked in after us. Then other staff went over to chat with that customer at that table as well. We finally got a staff member to notice us which she said she’ll bring someone over to take our order. Then another lady came over not to take our order but to have a chat and sweep near our table. Then another lady came over and she was quick, friendly and got our order down. It felt like she was the only one working hard on the floor taking orders at most of the tables and running the food to the tables. I give her 5 stars! Food came out in good time one after another. Towards the end of our meal when others were coming in I also heard another table calling for service as they had been waiting a while whilst the main server was taking orders at another table. It wasn’t very busy at the time either as we had a late lunch around 2pm. Would I go back - no I wouldn’t. Would I recommend it - only if you had time on your hands or are great at calling for attention.
Even though we waited to get service, the super nice and friendly staff makes you forget everything!!! The restaurant was super busy, but the quality of the food didn’t fall. It was one of the most amazing Thai I ever had!!! Food was served very quickly. It’s highly recommended . Worth every penny.
Had a fantastic lunch at Thai Emerald. They took our order quickly and all the meals came out together. The food was excellent as always and the service can never be faulted. We have been here many times and keep coming back. If I could rate it 6 stars I would! My recommendation- beef Massaman curry, fantastic!
We had a beautiful lunch family get together. Food was fresh and delicious! The recommended barramundi fish salad was amazing, to finish off our meal we had fried ice cream which was simply the best with a homemade caramel sauce topping. Service was beyond expectation with attention to details. Overall we love the place and we will be back again. Parking: Parking was easy as it is in the shopping.
It's the second time I've been here with guests. The moderate spiciness in the dip is perfect. Tables are kept clean and tidy. Despite every busy table the staff are patient with noisy kids and adults. The streak could stand to be cooked a little longer to soften it up. Perhaps also provide toothpicks for customers too. Also, the waiter needs to carry a pad or writing tablet to inspire confidence that a 7-person order can be carried correctly, especially with the rice. Overall, a steady 5-stars.
The service and the food are great you definitely get what you paid for. Will definitely come back again.
So many friends have rated Thai Emerald as one of the best Thai restaurants around the area. It was my Birthday last week, so off we went for lunch at Thai Emerald. WOW, They weren't wrong. The food was amazing, and the staff were so friendly & reasonable pricing. I had the combination Laksa with dumplings followed by fried ice cream. I would rate them six stars if I could. Thank you for a great experience. Ps: The fried ice cream was so good I forgot to take a picture of it before I started eating. SORRY!!!!
