Order took over an hour to be delivered as they said they no longer use Door Dash? But are still on Door Dash... Food came with meat after specifying no meat. Refund was not given and we had to chase it up through doro dash...
Hands down the best customer service I have had in Australia! Very attentive and paid attention to all our requirements and followed it without fail. Not just that, they exceeded our expectation at every step! Food was great too. If you are around Wollongong you have got to visit this place!
We love this place. Came here expecting decent food but our expectations were more than exceeded with the attention we got. You'll come here wanting to fill your tummy, you'll leave with a happy heart with the way you're treated you're here. Must visit if you're around this area.
Waited over an hour for our takeaway meals and then they missed a meal and took another 40 minutes over the phone to convince them as they thought we made it up... the owner is very rude and plenty of better Thai places with better food in Thirroul.
We just had had this delivered for dinner and I was so impressed. Hands down some of the most delicious Thai food I've ever had... and I've had a lot! Can't wait till next time
