Food is terrible. Got a pad see ew and it didn’t taste like a pad see ew at all. Also it wasn’t made fresh but served out of the pre-cooked batch. Unfortunate as there isn’t another Thai place in North Sydney CBD
Omg, just had my best Thai food EVER!!! I confess that I checked the reviews before going, what made me a bit scared. They food is fresh, tasty and also have a beautiful presentation. The place is very clean and tidy. Very yummy and cheap! You guys just made one more loyal client.
If you are really desperate , go to Thai Carat. Went this for lunch at 11:30 and the girl is rude for serving asian customer and myself but i dont see her rude for Caucasian. One guy is being asked while he is browsing the food. Are you ready to order? Are you trying to be racist @thai carat employee? If you dont like to serve customer, please choose another job and maybe this job is not for you. The one i like is the noodle soup e.g clear and laksa soup but with the customer service is very bad with asian customer. Price is not worth after they increased the price . Only this place increased the price since 2020. Old price was better 9.5 Customer service if i can give negative i will give you minus !!!!
Worst customer service this year. Rude and extremely impatient. Such a bad attitude that I wouldn’t come back even IF food was ok which it’s below average. Also over priced for what you get compared to other local Thai Restaurants.
Nothing good to say actually. The girls at the counter are busy talking between themselves, not interested in welcoming the guests . Kinda brash attitude. You pick up food for multiple people, they don't even have tray, you hold the hot bowl of soup with bare hand and have to go and pick up multiple times. And the food is really average, bland and lacking any flavour. Really disappointed.
Just very rude The food is okay as per usual Thai fare The staff are not very friendly they didn't listen when I asked for a large they still gave a small and then didn't understand when I said otherwise. Will not be going back.

Thai Carat is a tip off joint. Food is less than tasty. When you pay cash they give you incorrect change like $10 less Check your bank statement if you have paid by card as they have tipped you off there too! The cashiers are RUDE while they rob you!!!! Enjoy !!!
The worst customer service ever and low quality food, super expensive tho! Plus they charge you more without letting you know. I’ll never get there again!
