Disappointing experience they didn’t use the cuticle softener, when I asked they said they didn’t use it. Although I was staring at a container of it. They really couldn’t be bothered, did the minimum & finished what could be described as the most average mani pedi I have ever had.

Worst mani pedi I’ve ever gotten. They didn’t cut, buff or clean my nails. Butchered my big toe, made it bleed.

I can always walk in and get my nails done straight away. I get shellac and they last over 2 weeks with no chipping, peeling etc. Price is also cheap.

I asked for clear on my nails and they ruined my actual nail underneath, my nails are now rotting under the acrylic and I have lines through my nail beds. I have seen a real nail technician since and she says they have drilled into my nail bed and caused an infection which has caused my nails to rot under the acrylic.. So disappointed, will never go there again!
