Beyond disappointed.nnWe ordered a medium Steak and Caesar Salad with grilled chicken breast, calamari. The steak was tough, overcooked closer to medium-well/well done than medium, and hard to chew. The grilled chicken had a bloody part, but the staff insisted it was just a vein. The calamari was soggy and definitely not crispy.nnThe only thing remotely tasty was the Caesar Salad vegetables, which I believe were pre-packed. Everything else was seriously lacking in quality.nnBased on how management responds to reviews, I thought they genuinely cared about customer feedback and improving the experience. But after this visit, it seems either the care is just for show, or the chefs simply don’t care at all. The experienced service staff were fine, but the new one struggled with basic requests and couldn't handle simple feedback.nnIt’s honestly frustrating. This used to be my go-to spot, but the lack of quality control has completely soured my experience. If they’re just catering to casual drinkers and don’t care about food quality, then they can count me out.

Another great place to hang out with family and friends! This place is spacious and fun. The pork ribs with signature sauce is to die for. The meat was tender and juicy. Will definitely come back here again if we crave for pork ribs. Thanks team!
I visited this venue several times and always satisfied with their food and service. Yesterday my daughter wanted to eat here for her 12 year birthday dinner.nnThey welcomed Byo cake and gave happy birthday memory to my girl.nnAll the wait staff was good and especially the manager was best like always. If he is there, I have no doubt for their good service.nnAnd the happy hour dishes and drinks were amazing.nnDefinitely visit again.nSee you soon~~
A popular burger, ribs and steak restaurant located in Macquarie Centre near the bus stop entrance. The cosy dining booths offer some level of privacy. The chicken burrito bowl I ordered was a satisfactory dish. It had plenty of variety and was a satisfying meal,but I thought the quinoa was somewhat tasteless, and the chicken tasted like it was overcooked. Nevertheless the prices seemed reasonable for a sit down restaurant and staff were friendly and helpful.
