What was once an outstanding restaurant 3 or 4 years ago has slowly declined so that is is now legitimately bad. Staff no longer care, and don't speak to you at all after the meal arrives - so no chance of ordering more drinks or dessert. (we waited an hour and ten mins after our plates were taken hoping someone would fill up our water or see how we were) Meal mix ups are now frequent, and the food is average at best. Recent improvement in chip quality but that's the only positive. The menu selection is greatly reduced, with many favourites gone. Side sauces are either poorly made or forgotten (this has happened 4 times out of the last 5 visits) and the cocktail menu is one eighth the size it once was. The fun staff vibe is gone, and I have seen other people have drinks spilled on them by their servers the last two times I went there! I have given this place so many chances but I'm now done. I don't enjoy coming here any more. It's just bad. Sad days.

I've been going here for years. Delicious food. Friendly. Just find it a bit pricey but worth it. They need to train some of the staff. Lack of interest in their jobs. Customers service is most important.

First time going the food was yummy but the service was very poor we had to young children and they made us waite 10 minutes before setting us we had to ask for cutlery and they provided 1 napkin for 7 people they brought out 1 of the children food and the other had to wait for 15 minutes before his came out they brought out half the drinks and then about 5 minutes later brought out the all except the water another 5 minutes later they brought it out

Average, average and even more average. The server was rude and couldn't be bothered with our questions about the menu. The burger wasn't good at all. The bun was crusty and hard, the meat was dry yet somehow pink in the middle and everything was cold and the mashed potatoes taste like they're out of a box. For $21.50? definitely not worth it. I now remember why I haven't been here in ages.
