Great friendly staff very helpful.nThey have been out of major make-up products for over 2 months now. Such a shame I have to drive to swan hill to purchase make-up.
Overpriced and protected,have both chemist shops in town to stop competition. My medication in Ballarat is $10.00 at Terry White $16.50. What a rip off. When I questioned the pharmacist about the price, I was told if I don't like it go somewhere else!
Very mixed bag, never know what you’re going to get! Sometimes great other times very disappointing.
No customer service prior to purchase and there were no other customers there. Girl at the counter was pleasant, older grey haired male staff member walked up and told her to hurry up as they had to do the til…we still had time before they closed and she was about to put everything in a bag. He was extremely RUDE stating “we don’t get paid overtime”…I was so close to walking out with no purchase and it was a significant amount too! He didn’t even say hello or acknowledge us, completely appalled by his lack of customer service!!
What happened to old fashioned curtesy? If your shop hours are 10-1pm Sunday open at those times, or at least leave a note on the door, TW Have my prescription, I need my medication, I can’t even go somewhere else, not happy Jan
