Open at very helpful hours when you need them most. I couldn't find any local chemist open late or early enough for when I need an emergency script refill. Everyone has been so nice each time I have been as well. It's what we need in a time where people don't work normal hours.
The security guards here make me feel really uncomfortable. They stare at you and are usually really intimidating. There’s only one that I’ve seen who was nice and I could actually shop. You will be losing money. I wouldn’t even bother with all the shelves full of make up etc. It’s actually quite scary so I hope you have a good reason and I did come across a strange shopper once but I don’t think the security was there then and wouldn’t have been needed anyway.nNever seen anything like the security guards you’ve got. Looked like they have been trained for other situations not chemist during opening hours.nLucky that there are some nice pharmacists there because otherwise I’d recommend closing this place.nI’d avoid this place unless necessary. Which is a shame as I like chemists for their retail products but there’s many other more friendly places to go. It’s feels unsafe/ dangerous going here.
After the third interaction with one of the pharmacists who could not find our medication, I am moved to write a review. Admittedly, the pharmacy has tried to tidy up the storage area recently, however they still could not find our prescription. Over the course our time frequenting this shop, the script storage area and the area for already processed scripts awaiting pick up has been a terrible mess - contributing to mislabeling, mishandling and misplacement of medications - not just ours. This has happened to us three times - once during my wife’s cancer treatment! The app they use double charges or doesn’t work at all. We will be taking our business to the lovely pharmacist up near Loretto even though it is more inconvenient. Do better, Terry White!
Usually an amazing pharmacy but I’m extremely disappointed with how they recently handled an NDSS order my partner and I placed with them. We ordered NDSS products through the app as he is a type one diabetic and requires certain kits with specific measurements in order to complete site changes and live. We received no update from the store so we decided to go there in person and ask about the order. Once we arrived, staff told us that the order had been postponed with no date of when it would come in along with 6 other orders and that we would have to call other chemists to check if they were currently carrying any in stock. There was absolutely no communication of this through the app, through a message, or through a phone call. This has caused a lot of stress as we have had to call other chemists and drive to random chemists to ensure that my partner has the necessary equipment to live. I would really appreciate it if the chemist found a way to alert people that they will have to order NDSS products elsewhere. It would have been nice if they also called other pharmacies to see if they carried the NDSS products in stock but I understand that there might have been time restraints, however the chemist was very quiet during our time there. I would like to reiterate that this is usually an exceptional pharmacy but how they handled this situation was extremely unprofessional. I hope other customers are promptly alerted of this so they can prepare to have to source their NDSS products elsewhere.
Pharmacist Sherif was very gentle and polite. He was very accommodating and helpful and helped us get our flu shots on our suitable time. The whole process was very smooth and he was very professional. Our experience was pain free and he made sure we waited for 15 minutes to observe us and icing on cake he gave us lollipop to boast our dopamine. Totally recommend it and the terry while staffs were all polite and friendly
