The Indian guy seems to be really professional l. Very happy with the service. Recommended must visit pharmacy. Will come back again.
Worst experience ever. Can't get parking close and very rude receptionist.nI asked for Phenergan for allergies. I was asked to present I'd even though I had been there before and never been asked. I was told it was for legal reasons. I have checked all information and several pharmacies and it is legal, they just need to verbally have your info for labelling. Some medications, including those that contain pseudoephedrine do require id. This one does not. I. had to walk back to my car and get it. And that wasn't close. I explained my frustration and I was told to go and get served by the pharmacist and see if they want my id. I asked for my id back multiple times, eventually got it back so I could leave and never go back.
Emergency situation on a Sunday. We live a few hours from a friend, who has cerebral palsy and is a diabetic requiring daily insulin injections. Today his NovoPen broke and he had no way of getting to a replacement. He lives with his mother, who recently had heart surgery and cannot drive. We rang half a dozen pharmacies in the area but no one could assist. Thankfully, MG at TerryWhite Chemmart, Beenleigh was sympathetic and arranged for someone to deliver the NovoPen. The staff we spoke to at the Pharmacy were friendly, helpful and very understanding. Awesome service. Thank you MG and Staff.
Emergency situation and my glucose meter broke for my type 1 Diabeties, it was 30 mins till closing time and I called to see if it’s okay if I run down and pickup one. They said yes , not only the first time but I called again to tell them I’m on my way and will get there 15 mins till closing which they said was alright. Got there and they said I couldn’t get the meter as neither one of them know how to put it in the system !!! If I had have known they don’t know how to do there job, I would’ve went elsewhere.
Staff is very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Great service.
