I waited far too long to be acknowledged and even then I had to say hello to the staff member first. He had walked past me several times at the counter. Not good enough. Then unfortunately he seemed too busy to give me the time of day and another staff member served me who also lacked good customer service.

Mostly ok, just been revamped and hi hum

Stuart and Dennis are lovely and greet you by name as you enter the store.  Other staff are very helpful and kind.  I have never had any problems with this Store - good prices on perfume too

I always receive exceptional and personalised service from Stuart and his team. Stuart goes out of his way to track down my medication from other chemists when it's occasionally not available from the supplier. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for someome that knows perfume, highly recommend Dee from here. She was so very helpful. Thank you for the recommendations, love my new Valentina Blush. It is devine.
