Used to be great, then it became okay, now, 50/50.nPrices have risen higher than other places selling like for like products and quality has dropped on many products significantly. On example of price rises, their 1kg bottle of Canadian Maple Syrup was $19. Three years ago, with a fluctuation of around $2 when supply chain issues hit. Now the same size bottle is $28.99, that’s just a fraction over a 45% price rise over that period. Several other places that have sold 1kg bottles and sold at the same price three years ago have seen no permanent price rises on the same product. Many high end products have been swapped out for less quality products and stock rotation has dropped significantly over the past few years. The frozen products have also been a gamble, both in terms of available stock and quality. It feels like it’s under new management or a business passed down to a less caring generation. A shame, because this truly was a great shop. There has certainly been a coronation between the wheels falling off and their second shop opening. I used to travel halfway across the city to shop here, it’s seldom worth it now.
The most amazing array of products for a healthy diet.nnPlus did you know there is always at least one naturopath working on the checkouts to help you with all the health products stocked behind the counter and they can make up a tincture to suit your needs on the spot.nnThis place has a real village feel and I like that it is open late so you can pop in on the way to the Westgarth cinema just up the road.

I was served by a man working there today at 3:30pm who didn't even speak a word to me and turned his head when I asked 'how are you?'nGreat selection of organic produce but this isn't the first time I've received this treatment at this store. If you're working in customer service, you have to be prepared to face customers. Disgusting behavior.
My fav organic store and caters for just about any allergy you may have.has everything you could possibly want and great selection of vegan goods. The only problem here is the checkout situation and staff working the counters with this system as you can see the frustrations of customers in store and with the reviews.
