Termite was found at the leaked corner of our garage and I called Termitrust Brisbane in the morning of 27 Dec 2017, Amy answered my phone helpfully, she immediately referred my problem to John (later on I knew John is the manager), due to the holidays with lack of staff, John himself drove from Brisbane to our property at Gold Coast and did the inspection on the same day around 12pm. John was very knowledgeable and professional. He patiently explained how the Termi Mesh system worked that installed 11 years ago when the house was built, and taught us how to use the system properly to continue the protection. He worked out a best and cost saving option for us to treat the problem. Andrew (an experienced field technician) did the treatment on 29 Dec. A follow up is also scheduled on 8 Jan 2018. We had a great experience and really appreciate their hardworking. Thank you Termitrust team!!

Yesterday I had a chemical treatment (barrier) applied to my property. Nicholas inspected my property and carried out the treatment. This was the first time I met Nic and this was his first time at my property. I had to write this review because I think it’s rare to find someone who is not just professional (obviously knows his products but also industry standards) but showed a genuine duty of care towards my biggest asset and myself. Nic had some questions about things that didn’t add up about past treatments, he queried his office until they sent out a supervisor, Don (Don was also very knowledge and helpful). Both Don and Nic kept researching until they got to the bottom of some past inconsistencies and corrected all the documentation. Furthermore, later during the treatment Nic spotted a leak in the reticulation and just started digging right in there (in the toxic chemicals) until he identified the issue and assured me that Termitrust will resolve the issue at no additional cost and will complete the job to standard. I thanked Nic later for his persistence and he told me that he treats each property as if he was treating his mother’s house. It’s pretty rare these days to find people with this kind of heart. Both Nic and Don are real assets to Termitrust. Thanks, Vlad.

Had termi trust at my property I can't thank them enough. I am new home owner and have a property that has a termite system from Termitrust on it. I had no idea about this system or what was needed to be done to protect my new home, the lady who took my call (unfortunately I didn't get her name) was so helpful and gave me so much info about the system and the technician that came out was also super helpful, advised me how these system work and what I need to do as a home owner to continue the protection. Job well done termi trust team, thank you

Worst experience ever, incompetence at it's finest. Received a renewal notice and they know nothing about it, called in January and never got the phone call back so called again today to be told it is a mix up...so be careful when you get a renewal always check or you could spend a lot of money for nothing. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND OFFICE STAFF ARE RUDE AND NEED TO LEARN BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE, STARTING WITH CALLING BACK WHEN THEY SAY!
