Overall I had a good experience with this company. I needed to do a pest inspection on my property as part of my anual checks.  The booking process was really easy and they were able to come really quick.  The attending technician was really professional and friendly. We had good chat on my concerns mainly damp wood termites in my garden and he demonstrated to be knowledgably in the matter.  He had a good look at the property, spent around 2 hours and checked roof void, subfloor, inside, and perimeter.  After he finished we had a good chat about his findings, but fortunately it was all good.  I've given 3 stars due to the report. I felt the report was "skinny" and lacked of evidence, to the point that I had to call the technician to clarify a few things.  For example, the report didn't mention anything about dampness in the subfloor timber area / under wet areas of the house that could be conducive to termites. However, after chatting to the technician he said that if it wasn't in the report it was OK. I would have expected a photo of wet areas in the sub floor and a statement in the report.  Also he mentioned in the report that some areas in the subfloor were not accessible due to clearance. My property is 40% slab 60% stumps, so clearly the slab portion cannot be checked. I might agree that a tiny portion of the 60% on stumps might be "tight", but on the other hand I had other tradies and building inspectors check / work in the subfloor without issues. The funny thing is that talking to the technician he clarified that he inspected more than it was stated in the report.  Finally some minor details were missed, such as 3 AC unit drains installed along the house, but not a concern.  I think reporting could be improved to include more evidence of the work done. Finally, due to the importance of the work, if the subfloor cannot be fully checked it would be good for the company to see if another technician can access the missed areas.  As I said before it was a good experience. I would call them again and was particularly interested in the way the technician explain how they do pre-treatments.Service:&nbsp;Home inspection

Brett and team helped with applying termite treatment around our house sub-floor as a preventative measure. The consultative process was simple, they came to the house to give us a quote and on the day of the job, the team showed up bright and early and got everything done on the same day. They were respectful and easy to talk to. We don’t have termites right now and hopefully never will! But if we do, I’m sure the team would be the first people we call. :Service:&nbsp;Termite extermination
