Everyone is friendly and helpful. Been there a few times always got all the help I needed. When I got a problem they handled it nicely and efficiently. Really appreciate and I am glad I made my purchase there instead of somewhere else. Big thanks to Matt , he even has gone beyond and above to find my lost item.
We went to Tentworld to buy a $300 chair. Matt is knowledgeable and helpful and he sold us the $5,000 Fortress tent. Felicia was very helpful, the other fella has a great aim. Thank you for making our time in your store memorable. VOTE 1 TANYA FOR PARRAMATTA in 2025

Amazing range of products in store. Excellent customer service. Samuel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and the girl behind the counter didn’t get her name was awesome!! Don’t have this good an experience too often in stores anymore, but felt like the staff here were friendly, knew what they were talking about and just fantastic. I’ll be back!
