I love Tentworld. The staff are always awesome and knowledgeable on their product range, and they have the best prices too.nNormally I visit the Ferntree Gully Store but this time I ordered online and despite the QLD cyclone issues, my order still arrived from Brisbane on time in perfect condition and completely hassle free.
The worst customer service—zero accountability for order delivery. I’ve been waiting for my order for 11 days, and they still can’t provide a tentative delivery date. They won’t even check with their delivery partner to find out why it’s taking so long.
Faced some delivery issues outside of tentworld’s control and could not speak more highly of their customer service team. Responsive and went beyond to help me. Great store, products and good value for money too. Highly recommended.
We visited Tentworld yesterday to seek advice about a tent and other camping gear and had the good fortune to be served by Sam, who was so helpful and knowledgeable. His customer service was excellent and he offered thoughtful advice. It was nice to have an experience where it felt like we are really well informed about which products will best meet our needs. I had the best service from Danaye at Tentworld Ferntree Gully. She helped me with a warranty fix to an Exped mattress. At all times Danaye was friendly and helpful, emailing me updates at each stage of the process. Thanks Danaye, I picked up my mattress today and I'm so glad you were in the store when I brought it in.
