Such a fantastic store that has so much to offer, we popped in to get the wife a new yeti water bottle and they have a fantastic range with great service. Had a good range of bottles and also got the accessories to go along with the bottle, so handy when they have everything in store. Will be back for more shopping in-store. Thank you again.
No customer service ! Past two staff members one on shop floor and the other on the computer at the counter for the entire time we were there. Both team members seen us and made NO effort to recognise us until we were walking out the door then the lady behind counter yelled out, can I help you, we ask for a particular item that we couldn't find, she siad yes we had it and showed us but I was so discussed not being recognised I didnt want to spend my money here. Poor service considering we were the Only customers instore, this seem to be a common theme going by the reviews. Pull up to an abandoned car park and dull lighting inside building so we weren't even sure if the place was open. Walking inside there is no staff/counter to greet you until you go around the corner but by then you are to easily diluted into the stores environment, bad layout. We left without a purchase and purchase a couple of camp stools elsewhere and still looking for camp fridge. Store had a good range of products.
Wouldn't say they stock a huge range for the hiker but they do have the core products. Staff are friendly and helpful and the prices in many instances were significantly better than the competition. Definitely would shop here again.
Big selection, fair prices, great sales and friendly staff.
Kerry was super helpful and kind. She is an asset to the company.
