I've been here many times and most of the time walk out without making a purchase. A lot to do with the dark boring showroom but sometimes the staff dont seem to want to help. HOWEVER This morning the store has been revamped with a much nicer layout. More light in the showroom, staff were fun and energetic and happy to help. I do not know the 2 ladies names but they really had old school service that didnt feel fake or persuasive. They had good banter and good knowledge of the products. I mentioned how much I loved the new layout and how it felt welcoming and warm compared to the dark hidden entry that was previously set up. Prices were cheaper than anywhere else for what we wanted, actually half price to what we were looking at. Credit to the two ladies this morning. I'll deffinately be back because of them and I hope the new entry brings more people in.
Such a fantastic store that has so much to offer, we popped in to get the wife a new yeti water bottle and they have a fantastic range with great service. Had a good range of bottles and also got the accessories to go along with the bottle, so handy when they have everything in store. Will be back for more shopping in-store. Thank you again.
Genna and Tania were just amazing! I walked in confused about what gear I would need, both ladies offered their time, knowledge and experience. Absolutely love this shop and will definitely be going back future as staff are more then happy to help
Wow, went into Tentworld Townsville this morning and they have revamped their yeti display and floor plan. Looks amazing, best display in Townsville. These guys never disappoint
You know when you walk into a place and that first greeting by staff just doesn't feel right. That's what I got when I first spoke to the sales person I spoke to..not belittling but I'm better than you..so just listen to me..not going back..nnBesides that carpark was empty and the one car that pulled in decides to park right next to me..yes first world problems..but come on it was empty..
