I visited the store with my family 20 minutes before closing to purchase outdoor furniture. While we were browsing and deciding between options, my 1.5-year-old accidentally stepped on one of the display lounges with her socks. The manager, who claimed to be in charge, approached us in an aggressive and unprofessional manner, stating that we would need to buy that specific display product if we chose it.nnDespite being ready to make a purchase and with a female staff member already processing payment, the manager’s attitude made the entire experience unnecessarily stressful and unpleasant. We ultimately decided to leave without buying anything.nnThis is not how potential customers should be treated. I hope the owner addresses this issue and emphasizes the importance of proper customer service to their staff. One star.
To the outdoor furniture gurus from Tender Disposals Overflow, my best regards! The whole experience was incredible! Kaylah was an absolute legend! She helped me measure the set and even thought about how it would look with our current outdoor furniture. Her customer service was just amazing! And don't even get me started on the quality of the furniture itself. Not a single scratch on any of the pieces, and the cushions are so firm and comfortable!
